Andy Treesh, Managing Broker Kendallville office
Mr. Treesh began his career with Orizon in 2007 and was hired as the managing broker for the Kendallville office in 2011. Andy is a Noble County native and has worked in Dekalb, Steuben, Whitley and Noble Counties for over fifteen years and has a good working knowledge of the entire Northeast Indiana area. After graduating from Central Noble High School in 1988, Andy worked fifteen years in retail management at several locations throughout the area, as well as starting and running his own small businesses. After spending a short time in the manufacturing industry, he earned his Real Estate Sales License in March 2006. Since then, he has added his Brokers License, the e-PRO certification and the ABR designation, as well as completing numerous courses and seminars as part of his continuing education.
Andy has experience assisting clients with the purchase of residential foreclosures, short sales, and investment properties as well as negotiating for sellers in a short sale position.
