Brooks owned a residential and commercial construction company from 1987 to 1990. He has been a full professional realtor since 1990. A resident of Whitley County for over 30 years.

Graduate of Columbia City Joint High School, graduate in 1984 of Hillsdale College with a major in communication arts and marketing. In 1990 a graduate of Hansbarger Real Estate School and in 1995 Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI).

Brooks is affiliated with the Fort Wayne Board of Realtors, Northeast Board of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Whitley County Consolidated Schools Board Member and one of the Columbia City Wrestling Club Coaches.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, hunting and golfing.
