OUR STORY

Orizon Real Estate, Inc. is an independent real estate company that was founded in northeastern Indiana in 1978.  Since our founding, our goal has been to provide the highest possible quality of real estate services to our customers and clients.

While many real estate companies folded in the early 1980's, Orizon started a meteoric rise to the top of the industry based on the principles of hard work and great service.  By the mid 1980's, Orizon had entrenched itself as the "Go To" real estate firm in Whitley County, Indiana.  Annually selling over 50% of all homes sold in Whitley County, Orizon proceeded to set a standard we continue to uphold to this day.

In 1990 Orizon owners Greg Fahl and Robert Grawcock were awarded businessmen of the year honors in Whitley County and further enhanced our growing reputation.  That reputation has seen Orizon Real Estate, Inc., annually awarded the Post and Mail's top honor as "Best Real Estate Company" in Whitley County.

In the late 1990's, Orizon expanded it's market area by opening an office in Kendallville, Indiana.  Ever since, we have seen our presence grow in both the Noble County and Whitley County markets as well as in Allen County and the other surrounding Northest Indiana markets.

Orizon is a member of the Fort Wayne Multiple Listing Service as well as the Northeast Indiana MLS.  We service clients throughout all of Northeastern Indiana and would love to make you part of our growing success story!
