In 2005, Annette graduated from Judson College with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management. After graduating college, Annette ,married local resident Adam Shively and they moved to Columbia City.

In 2009, Annette got her staging certification thru Haverhill Home Staging.  After becoming a Professional Certified Home Stager Annette took it one step further and decided to attend Troyer School of Real Estate.  In 2012, after completing the course and real estate exam, she became a Real Estate Associate. Then in 2014, she became a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

After a very successful first sale at 1.5 Million, Annette has been selling real estate in a spectrum of price points. In 2021, she was awarded the “Best Attitude Award”. Voted on by her colleges and one of her favorite awards to date. More recently in 2022, she was the “most improved broker in sales volume” and a four-million-dollar sales achiever. 2022 marked her 10th year in real estate.

Her favorite roles are wife & mother to three boys, Austin, Avery & Ace. Annette prides herself in being an upfront, honest, and professional agent. She is especially grateful when clients have referred her to friends and family.
